Hi! I really love your sculpts, and I’m actually studying in game design but want to get better at using zbrush just as a hobby. Can I ask how high of a poly count your sculpts end up with once you’re done with them?

Hi and thanks! For ZBrush sculpts the polycount is completely secondary as long as your pc isn’t on fire. Mine are usually several million per subtool and I have a ton of subtools. Use as many as you feel the need for, and if you need to export the sculpts then decimate them.

For actual game models the polycount matters and mine can go anywhere from 5k tris to 150-200k depending of the specs I’m aiming for.
